How to go paperless

Go paperless in Online Banking

  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Choose ‘Profile’, then ‘Statement and document preferences’ under ‘Communication preferences’
  3. Select ‘Go paperless for all accounts’

Go paperless in the Barclays app 1

  1. Open the Barclays app and tap ‘More’, then ‘Settings’
  2. Choose ‘Statement/letter preferences’
  3. Select ‘Go paperless for all accounts’

View, download and print your documents

In Online Banking

  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Under your profile, go to ‘My Barclays documents’
  3. Select a document from any account to view, download and print it

In the Barclays app

  1. Open the app and tap ‘More’
  2. Choose ‘Statements and documents’
  3. Select any document to view, download and print it
