These will not be updated again until first quarter 2025 to reflect the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services updates that have occurred throughout the year. If you need a copy of the current fee schedule, you can submit a Fee Schedule Request Form to OKNetworkManagement@bcbsok.com.
National Drug Codes Fee schedules remain on a monthly update schedule. If you need to request an NDC Fee Schedule, you can submit the NDC Fee Schedule Request form to OKNetworkManagement@bcbsok.com .
As a reminder, professional providers can log-in to Availity and request the most current Fee Schedule details for up to 20 codes via the Fee Schedule Listing tool .
